Free Shipping — All Orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. No discount codes needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency payments require network confirmation before dispatch — this usually takes under an hour for most networks but may take longer during periods of congestion.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no branding visible externally. Each order includes:
- Your product(s) — stored and packed to maintain integrity in transit
Cold Chain
Our research reagents are lyophilised (freeze-dried) and stable at ambient temperature during standard postal transit. Upon receipt, we recommend transferring products to a freezer (–20°C or below) promptly for long-term storage integrity.
Tracking
Where a tracking number is available, it will be emailed to you at dispatch. Not all services provide end-to-end tracking.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@pyrovalabs.com. We will assess each case individually.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
