Refund policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products — research-grade biochemical reagents with strict integrity and cold chain requirements — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
By placing an order with Pyrova Labs, you confirm you understand and accept this policy.
Exceptions
We will review the following on a case-by-case basis:
- Items damaged in transit — notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at contact@pyrovalabs.com
- Incorrect items dispatched — notify us within 48 hours of delivery
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrectly placed orders, or products that have been opened, stored improperly, or used.
Batch Failures
In the event a product fails independent third-party purity testing below our 99% minimum threshold, we will arrange a free replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
United States Orders
For customers ordering from the United States, all sales are final. Pyrova Labs ships internationally from the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from US orders are subject to the laws of England and Wales. We are not liable for any import duties, customs delays, or fees incurred upon entry into the United States.
