Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Pyrova Labs Ltd ("Pyrova Labs", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Pyrova Labs are research reagents supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or any clinical application whatsoever. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or professional purchasing for legitimate research purposes
- You are aged 18 or over
- You will not use, administer, or supply these products for human or animal consumption
- You accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Pyrova Labs accepts no liability for any misuse of research reagents. Any order placed under false pretences will be cancelled without refund.
3. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Pyrova Labs. By completing an order you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where age cannot be verified.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before dispatch and issue a full refund of payment received.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We are not currently VAT registered. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of checkout.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Pay by Bank (Open Banking via Wallid) — instant GBP payment, FCA regulated
- Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, USDC, USDT and others via NOWPayments
Cryptocurrency payments are processed at the rate confirmed at checkout. Once a crypto payment is initiated, the quoted rate is fixed for the duration of the payment window shown. Pyrova Labs accepts no liability for losses arising from cryptocurrency market fluctuations outside of the confirmed payment window.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. See Section 9.
7. Shipping
We ship to UK and US addresses. Shipping is free on all orders. For shipping timeframes and handling information, please refer to our Shipping Information page.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by the postal service or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Product Information and Batch Testing
All products are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical Laboratory (Czech Republic) to a minimum 99% purity threshold. Certificate of Analysis documents are made publicly available on our COA page and are verifiable directly on the Janoshik public database at public.janoshik.com using the batch number printed on your insert card.
Product descriptions, purity data, and batch information are provided for research reference only and do not constitute advice, endorsement, or recommendation for any use.
9. No Returns — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products (research-grade biochemical reagents with strict cold chain and integrity requirements), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
Exceptions — the following will be remedied at our discretion:
- Items damaged in transit: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at contact@pyrovalabs.com
- Incorrect items dispatched: notify us within 48 hours of delivery
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly.
In the event a product fails independent third-party testing at or below 99% purity, we will arrange a free replacement in accordance with our supplier guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pyrova Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, design, trademarks, and brand elements — is the property of Pyrova Labs Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Privacy
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
